These Terms and Conditions govern your use of aarushglobal.com and any order you place with us. The website is owned and operated by Murli Gruh Udhyog, trading as Aarush Global, Opposite Nutan Ayurvedic Research Centre, NH-08, Bhumel, Gujarat 387370, India. FSSAI Lic. No. 10724999000542.

By browsing this website or placing an order you accept these terms. Please read them before you buy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or be supervised by a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

Products

  • Our snacks are homemade in small batches. Natural variation in colour, size, thickness and texture from one batch to the next is normal and is not a defect.
  • Product photographs and illustrations are indicative. Packaging and pack design may change without notice.
  • Weights shown are net weights at the time of packing. Sun dried products may settle slightly in transit.
  • Ingredients, allergens, shelf life and storage instructions are listed on every product page and on the pack. Please read them carefully if you have a food allergy or intolerance. Several products are made in a kitchen that also handles wheat, gram flour, sesame, groundnut and dairy.

Prices and currency

  • Prices are shown in Indian Rupees for customers in India and in US Dollars for customers outside India, and are set independently for each market.
  • Prices include applicable Indian taxes where shown. Shipping is calculated separately at checkout.
  • International orders may attract import duties, customs charges or local taxes on arrival. These are payable by the recipient and are not included in our prices.
  • We may change prices, offers and product availability at any time without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at the moment you complete checkout.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, and refund you in full, if:

  • the item is out of stock or a batch fails our quality check;
  • a price, description or promotion was published in error;
  • we cannot deliver to your address or the address is incomplete;
  • we suspect fraud, resale without authorisation, or abuse of a promotion.

Payment

Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment providers. We accept the methods shown at checkout. We do not see or store your full card or bank details. If a payment is reversed or charged back without a valid reason, we may suspend your account and recover the amount owed.

Delivery

Dispatch times, delivery estimates and shipping charges are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by customs, weather and courier delays.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Because we sell food, returns are limited. Please see our Cancellation Policy and our Return and Refund Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

Bulk, export and private label

Wholesale, distribution, export and private label supply are quoted separately and are governed by the specific quotation or supply agreement we issue for that order. Where that document conflicts with these terms, that document applies.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you think your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close an account that is used to breach these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website to break any law, to introduce malicious code, to scrape or copy the site or its data at scale, to resell our products as your own without a written agreement, or to interfere with the site's operation or security.

Intellectual property

The Aarush and Aarush Global names, logos, packaging design, photography, illustrations, recipes, product copy and website design are owned by Murli Gruh Udhyog. You may not copy, reproduce, adapt or use them commercially without our written permission. Reviews, photographs or other content you submit to us may be used by us to promote the brand, with credit where practical.

Liability

We supply food for normal domestic consumption. Please check the ingredient and allergen information before eating. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Force majeure

We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, transport failure, customs holds, power or internet outages and government action.

Third party links

The website may link to other websites and social platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gujarat, India.
